Who we are

Odim is a grocery delivery service run as a sole proprietorship registered at Arjun Nagar, Agra - 282001, Uttar Pradesh, India. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The service

Odim delivers groceries in Vrindavan, with more cities coming soon. Serviceable areas and store hours are shown in the app — both can change from day to day.

Your account

You sign in with your phone number, verified by OTP. Keep your number current: it is how riders and support reach you. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.

Orders and prices

The price you see at checkout is final — no surprise charges after you order. The minimum order is ₹50. Delivery costs a flat ₹19, and is free on orders of ₹100 or more. If an item goes out of stock, we flag it before you pay for it.

Payment

Odim is cash on delivery only. You pay the rider in cash when your order arrives. Repeatedly refusing deliveries you placed may lead to your account being suspended.

Delivery

Most orders arrive in 15–25 min, and the app shows a live ETA. Peak hours and bad weather can slow things down. Please make sure your address is accurate and that you are reachable — a delivery we cannot complete because of a wrong address or an unreachable phone counts as a failed delivery.

Cancellation

You can cancel from the app while the order status allows it. Cancelled cash-on-delivery orders cost you nothing — no payment was collected, so there is nothing to refund.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund & cancellation policy.

Fair use and content

Use Odim for personal grocery shopping, not resale at scale or anything unlawful. The Odim name, wordmark, and app content belong to us — please don't copy them.

Liability

If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is capped at the value of that order. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute falls under the courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
